James Thomas Sutton, Henry Lee Sutton, Allen Player and Levern Edward Player, the appellants, were jointly tried by a jury in the Circuit Court for St. Marys County, Judge Philip H. Dorsey, Jr. presiding. Both Suttons were convicted of grand larceny and sentenced to a term of four years. Both Players were convicted of breaking with intent to steal goods valued at more than $100. and were sentenced to a term of six years.
